Mission

The mission of the National Organization for People vs. Irresponsible Government Spending (“NO PIGS”) is to effect change at the federal level of government by educating citizens about irresponsible government spending.

Statement of Principles

We the members of NO PIGS believe the following:

  • Federal budget deficits pose a serious risk to Americans’ future standards of living and national security.
  • America’s entitlement programs are unsustainable, and it is important for the President and Congress to immediately address the issue of entitlement reform.
  • The President and Congress should provide long-term solutions to our fiscal situation instead of short-term fixes.
  • Federal spending requests need to be open, for all to see and evaluate.
  • Earmark spending needs to be significantly limited, and is only permissible when faithful to a specific, enumerated power in our Constitution.

Help us educate the public about wasteful government spending!
